ASTM F1566 Mattress Impact Drop Tester

Applications:

The Mattress impact drop tester is widely used to determine and assess the impact resistance of built-in and box-type mattress, to evaluate sofa and mattress sustaining rapid drop on seat or jumping stress ability.

Principle:

The Mattress Test Machine consists of a 79.5 ± 1kg platen, which drops down and impacts the test specimen from various heights as selected by the operator. It is suitable for common mattress, foam mattress and spring mattress.
